I invite you to explore our website to learn more about our challenging curriculum and engaging programs. At Ruxton we believe that education should be responsive, caring, and stimulating. Our “come grow with us” spirit is lived out each day in our classrooms in the personal relationships that are forged between teacher and student. At Ruxton Country School students work in a safe and supportive environment, where each child is known and valued. We actively focus on the individual strengths of each child and we shape instruction accordingly. Individual students - and the collective community - obviously thrive on our campus: cared for, believed in, enriched, and prepared for equally excellent secondary schools.
Ruxton students are positive, motivated, and excited about learning. Our teachers are experienced, nurturing, and dedicated. They are comfortable with the combination of perseverance and inspiration required to help students grow and flourish. They understand clearly the value of the “school-home” partnership, and they structure each day for each child as an opportunity to learn and grow in an ongoing journey of inquiry and discovery.
