Shannon Avery ('76) has been a lawyer in Baltimore since 1992, worked at the House of Ruth Legal Clinic, the Office of the Public Defender, the Office of the Attorney General, and now the Department of Public Safety, where she is the Executive Director of Policy and Planning.
